We have submitted proposals to all of your creditors and it does take some time for each creditor to review the proposal. Why? Because each creditor works through the approval process differently and some take longer than others. Usually they are reviewing your payment history, your financial addendum, and your ability to meet their payment requirements.

It is CRITICAL that you continue to make TIMELY, CONSECUTIVE, monthly payments to Discount Debt, which will show all of your creditors that you are serious about the debt counseling program.  |

If you receive any calls from creditors regarding your payment, statements, or any other matter, please make sure you refer ALL of those calls to our Client Services Department. |

Continue to monitor you creditor's monthly statements. Verify that payments have been received and watch for a change in interest rates and fees.  |
